Celebrating 28 Years in Practice – With the Next Generation in Mind

Dr. TonyNSA

Having grandchildren is a beautiful rite of passage. It gives you a new lens through which to view life—one filled with legacy, love, and renewed purpose. Many friends and patients have shared how rewarding the experience of grandparenting is. I’ve come to see that one of the unique joys is getting to spend quality time with grandchildren without the day-to-day responsibility of raising them.

As I recently celebrated 28 years in practice as a chiropractor, I’ve been asked often, “When are you going to retire?” The truth is, I don’t want to. As I look ahead to the future, especially thinking of my grandchildren, I feel more inspired than ever to keep going—and to shift my focus more intentionally toward helping children.

Why children? Because when a child gets a good start in life—with a healthy, well-functioning nervous system—they have the foundation to grow into resilient, vibrant, and capable adults. Healthy kids become healthy contributors to their families, schools, and communities. And they’re far less likely to become long-term burdens on the healthcare system.

Introducing: “Got Your Back” — Complimentary Spinal and Nervous System Screenings (For Children Under 18)

For the next two months, we’re offering a special opportunity for children in our community:

Free Spinal and Nervous System Screenings for anyone under 18 years of age
Appointments held outside regular office hours for your convenience

What’s included in the screening:

  1. Backpack Check – A side-view photo is taken to measure the biomechanical impact of your child’s backpack.
  2. Neurological Screening – We assess balance, coordination, eye tracking, and hearing to spot any signs that could impact development, learning, or performance.
  3. Spinal Check-Up – We identify any early patterns of spinal tension that may lead to future issues.

Parents will receive a detailed report outlining findings and recommendations to support their child’s ongoing health and wellbeing.

If you have children—or know friends or neighbors who do—please let them know about this opportunity. It’s a small investment of time that could make a big difference in a child’s future.

Here’s to raising the next generation—healthy, strong, and full of potential.
